That’s why every pair of our slides comes with our Feel-Free Guarantee: if your slides don’t feel like the hug you were promised—snug, supportive, and blissfully comfortable—we’ll help you find the right fit, or simply give you a refund.

All we ask is that you: 

1. Try Them On Inside First.
Walk around inside, feel your feet to experience the slides before you take them outside. If the size isn’t quite right or there is immediate discomfort, reach out, we’ll help you find the right pair. These are handmade in Portugal, so we want each pair to find a happy home.

2. Feel Free To Go For a Stride.
If they feel good at home, give them a spin. If it’s not love within 30 days, let us help you find the right pair or simply send them back for a full refund. It’s that simple. Your comfort is our commitment

3. Wear ‘em Out.
