Refund policy

Customers have 30 days from receiving their order to return the unworn item for a full refund. Excluding $12 flat rate return shipping. We are small and intentional in every step of this journey. These policies allow us to handcraft and deliver to you the best possible product at the best possible price, every day, and for many days to come.

We can only accept returns if the shoes have not been worn. We recommend trying your shoes on a soft surface (like a rug or carpet) to make sure you love them, before wearing them out in the world. Kindly note that if shoes are returned with wear, dirt, or are in unsellable condition, we are unable to provide a refund for your purchase.
